Notes:
a)
Before
the first use, add RNase A solution to Solution I and store at 4oC.
Other solutions shall be stored at room temperature.
b)
Add 40 or 195 ml 95% ethanol to 13 or 65 ml Wash Solution
respectively before the first use.
c)
Either TE pH8.0 or H2O can be used for eluting.
For sequencing, eluting with H2O is required.
